What is your turnaround time? Our shop is Ready to Ship, please allow us a few days to get your handmade item prepared for shipping. If you need your item rushed, please purchase the rush shipping, you will see as an option during checkout!

Do you ship internationally? Yes!

How should I wash my Gigi and Max apparel? Please wash on cold and lay flat to dry. Due to the nature of some of my fabrics, fading is normal. Please wash alone or with like colors. We are not responsible for any damage to your item due to washing error.

Are your rompers true to size? Yes, all of our clothes fit true to size.

How do you put on a romper? They are super easy to take on and off! Visit our YouTube channel to see a video on how to put a romper on!

How do your newborn sets fit? All newborn outfits fit best up to 11 lbs. The fabric is super stretchy and soft.

Do you provide gift wrapping/packaging? I would love to provide a gift note with your order, just leave me a note during checkout to request it! I also do not include a paper invoice in any of my packages.

What is your return policy? I do not accept returns or cancellations, but I will gladly accept exchanges. Just contact me within 5 days of delivery, and ship item back within 7 days of delivery.

Do you do wholesale orders? Please email us at - we are only accepting brick and mortar shops at this time, no online sales.

    Is it okay to machine wash the outfit or wash cold by hand only?

    I received an order yesterday I need to return is it store credit only? The floral bloomers are much smaller than the mauve. This is our first time ordering ur bloomers
