Turnaround time : our shop is Ready to Ship, please allow us a few days to get your item prepared for shipping. If you need your item rushed, please purchase the rush shipping, you will see as an option during checkout! Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days (once shipped) and rush takes 2-3 business days (once shipped) ** We are noticing major USPS delays during this holiday season, please allow 10-14 days for delivery ** 

Care instructions : Due to the handmade nature of our items, please be sure to launder your garment carefully. Please wash on cold and lay flat to dry. Due to the nature of some of my fabrics, fading and pilling is normal. Please wash alone or with like colors. We are not responsible for any damage to your item due to washing error. Bamboo is a very soft fabric and is known to pill sometimes after washing and wearing. This is very normal and the nature of the fabric. 

Sizing details : All newborn outfits fit best up to 11 lbs. the fabric is super stretchy and soft. If you are wanting baby to wear the outfit right away I would recommend the newborn size. All of our zips fit true to size (please see sizing chart in the product listing). 

Gift wrapping and packaging : I would love to provide a gift note with your order, just leave me a note during checkout to request it! I also do not include a paper invoice in any of my packages. Returns and Exchanges : At this time we do not accept returns, unless we sent an item in error (wrong size / wrong color, etc.) Please read item details before purchasing and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before making your purchase. 

In most cases we are able to facilitate with an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Store credit will be provided to the customer upon the return of the item that is sent back. Return shipping is covered by the buyer. Item must be in new condition with tags attached. Exchanges must be approved by Gigi and Max via email prior to sending the item back. All holiday items purchased are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Defective Items : While we strive for perfection 100% of the time, we are still human and something could still slip through the cracks. Please inspect each item upon its arrival to you, please contact us within 14 days of the items arrival. The item must be unwashed, unworn and tags still attached before a store credit or exchange can be issued. Once an item has been washed or worn, we are not able to replace. 

International Shipping : We do ship worldwide! Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the address we are shipping to, you will see the cost before you checkout in the cart section after entering your address. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping issues : If Navidium Shipping insurance was purchased at checkout : Please let us know if your package has been "stuck" in USPS transit for longer than 5 days, we can assist with filing a claim. Be sure to purchase Navidium insurance (you'll see this option at checkout) for package coverage against loss, damage, or theft. This is our best way to offer replacement and refunds immediately when there is a shipping issue. 

If Navidium shipping protection was unchecked during checkout : Once an item leaves our hands it is in the hands of USPS. We can only see the tracking that USPS provides. Please reach out to USPS with any inquiries about delays or shipments not arriving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please follow the tracking information to ensure your package is received. We do not refund or send new replacements for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by USPS. 

Coupon Codes : Our system only allows one code per order. Most of our codes do not expire, so hang on to the other one for a future purchase! We cannot apply a code after a purchase is made, sorry!
